What You’ll Do Work directly with homeowners throughout the Cincinnati area

Generate leads and build customer relationships face-to-face

Educate customers on renewable energy and enrollment options

Guide customers through a smooth and professional enrollment process

Manage your pipeline and work toward weekly performance goals

Develop communication, leadership, and sales skills through daily coaching and

mentorship

Compensation & Benefits

Weekly pay

Uncapped commission structure

Most new reps earn $700-$1,200/week during training and ramp-up

Successful reps typically earn $1,200-$2,000+/week

Top performers earn significantly more

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication skills and positive attitude

Reliable with full-time availability (Monday–Friday, 11 AM–8 PM)

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
