This position is ideal for individuals looking to make a meaningful impact while gaining essential, hands-on experience in the field of social work in a private practice setting. We encourage applicants who are eager to learn, grow professionally, and contribute positively to the well-being of the diverse community we serve.
OUR HEALING JOURNEY PHILOSOPHY
We see the journey of transformation as golden, much like the Japanese art of Kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with shimmering gold. Rather than hiding the cracks, they are honored as part of the object’s history, making it even more beautiful and unique. Your unique experiences in life - both the painful and the joyful - are not flaws to be erased, but steppingstones toward wholeness. Our philosophy is the same - through compassionate, evidence-based therapy, we help clients embrace their experiences, build resilience, and transform into stronger, more authentic versions of themselves.
By utilizing evidence-based treatments in mental illness, you become a happier and more resilient you. We focus on face-to-face interactions; we are hyperlocal with connections to the community and our patients. Improving the quality of life is the overarching goal of our practice. Backed by science, our programs are innovative and effective. With a staff of board-certified psychiatrists and certified physicians’ assistants, we blend medicine and well-being.
Whereby we used to only offer psychiatric services, today we’ve evolved to treat the whole person encompassing alternative mental health treatments, therapy, and other services. Together, we work together so that you become a more resilient you.
