What You’ll Do

We make units rent-ready between residents. You’ll be on the make ready and paint crew handling the turn from move-out to leasable, including:

  • Prep and paint unit interiors: walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets
  • Patch and repair drywall, caulk, and sand surfaces before paintPunch out make ready items: minor plumbing, fixtures, hardware, blinds, and touch-ups
  • Clean and stage units to leasing standard
  • Keep paint, supplies, and work areas organized and stocked
  • Communicate turn status and timelines to the property and maintenance teams

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of painting experience, ideally in multifamily, residential, or commercial settings
  • Knowledge of prep work, spray and roll techniques, and a clean finished line
  • Basic make ready and light maintenance skills (the more handy, the better)
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to move between properties across DFW
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on ladders
  • Dependable, on time, and able to hit turn deadlines
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Pay & Benefits

  • $24–$30/hour depending on experience
