Account Operations Supervisor

Accountable for leading operations for a specific client account to ensure consistent high level service quality and satisfaction, profitable cost-efficient operations, and compliance with company policies and procedures and other regulatory guidelines. Conducts review of operating budgets for revenues and expenses and monitors compliance to contracts.
