**Job Summary:**
The Chiropractic CA Office Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational functions of our chiropractic office. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring efficient office operations, managing patient relations, and supporting the chiropractic team to deliver high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Office Management:** Oversee the daily operations of the chiropractic office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- **Staff Supervision:** Recruit, train, and manage office staff, including receptionists, billing personnel, and chiropractic assistants.
- **Patient Relations:** Ensure a positive patient experience by managing patient scheduling, addressing patient concerns, and maintaining patient confidentiality.
- **Billing and Insurance:** Oversee billing processes, manage insurance claims, and ensure accurate financial records.
- **Inventory Management:** Maintain inventory of office and medical supplies, and ensure equipment is in good working order.
- **Compliance:** Ensure the office complies with all relevant regulations and standards, including health and safety protocols.
- **Marketing and Outreach:** Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
- **Financial Management:** Assist in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing office expenses.
- **Technology Management:** Ensure the proper functioning of office software and hardware, including electronic health record (EHR) systems.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and familiarity with EHR systems.
- Knowledge of billing and insurance processes in a healthcare setting.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Understanding of chiropractic care and terminology is a plus.
