Join Our Team as a Resident Service Coordinator!
As a Resident Service Coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing resident interactions, supporting property management tasks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents. You will help plan events, conduct property inspections, manage resident files, and assist with communication between residents and leadership at our (#of units) unit community.
Compensation And Incentives
Excellent Base Pay : $23.00 - $25.00/hour
20% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)
$300 Morgan Essentials (paid quarterly)

What We’ll Expect From You
3-5 years of related experience or training.
Sales and/or customer service training
Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Strong ability to foster positive relationships with residents and colleagues, creating an open and supportive environment
