NURSE EXTERN (LPN) - Days/Evenings - Hospice

The hospice nurse extern assists the interdisciplinary hospice team in providing compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals with life-limiting illnesses. Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, the extern will support patient care activities, assist with documentation, and will learn hospice philosophy and end-of-life practices. This role provides hands-on experience in symptom management, patient and family support, and coordination of care while developing nursing skills in a hospice setting.
