ABOUT US

We are looking for a motivated individual with 1–3 years of experience to join our team as a Finance Analyst .

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Finance Analyst will support the FP A team, which is responsible for managing the planning and forecasting process through insightful analyses to enhance company decision-making and profitability. This role provides detailed reporting and analysis used by the executive team, investors, and lenders.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR (Essential Functions)

Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast process

Prepare monthly financial reporting, including commentary and recommendations for the leadership team

Conduct variance analysis by comparing actual results to budget/forecast, identifying drivers of performance, and recommending corrective actions

Coordinate with accounting to ensure accuracy of financial information

Partner with business leaders on activities related to the FP A team

Review results and provide decision-support insights for investments or cost-savings initiatives

Identify and report on key metrics to ensure accountability across the company, including metrics for Quarterly Board Reporting

Collaborate with HR on the requisition process to ensure personnel headcount and costs are managed effectively

Build strong relationships with stakeholders through effective communication

Partner with Sales to build financial models and review pricing for new business and renewals

Review quarterly SLA and Bad Debt reserves

Assist with detailed cash flow and balance sheet projections, supporting the treasury team as needed

Support senior finance leadership (Finance Manager/Director, VP of Finance, CFO, and executive team) on key financial decisions

Leverage approved AI tools to enhance efficiency in financial reporting, analysis, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards

AI DIGITAL PRODUCTIVITY EXPECTATIONS

This role operates at a foundational level of AI adoption, focused on enhancing individual productivity and decision support while maintaining strong human judgment and data integrity.

When this level is sufficient:

Individual contributor using AI for productivity support

Utilizes AI-generated outputs but does not design or manage AI workflows

Applies AI in low-risk contexts such as drafting, summarization, analysis support, and research

Core Capabilities:

Uses approved AI tools to assist with:

Financial commentary drafting

Summarization of reporting insights

Preliminary variance analysis exploration

Research to support financial modeling and decision-making

Writes clear, effective prompts to generate relevant and useful outputs

Critically evaluates AI-generated content for accuracy, reasonableness, and alignment with financial data

Applies strong human judgment before incorporating AI outputs into deliverables

Follows Responsible AI standards, including:

Data privacy and confidentiality requirements

Security protocols when handling financial and company information

Appropriate use of AI within approved company guidelines

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Required Education and Experience)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

2+ years of progressive responsibility in financial analysis

Experience performing variance analysis and presenting insights to leadership

Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)

Solid financial modeling skills and advanced Excel proficiency

Collaborative business partner, adept at building cross-functional relationships

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth company
