Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This position is responsible for unloading shipping containers, preparing customer orders, maintaining a clean warehouse, and assisting with daily shipping and receiving operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Unload shipping containers using hand trucks and other warehouse equipment.
• Load delivery trucks accurately and safely.
• Break down and dispose of cardboard, packaging materials, and trash while maintaining a clean work environment.
• Pull products according to pick lists and stage orders for the next day's deliveries.
• Organize inventory and keep warehouse aisles clean and accessible.
• Assist with receiving, stocking, and moving materials throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Forklift experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to unload containers and move products using hand trucks.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures.
