Overview

We are seeking skilled Swiss Lathe Machinist to join our dynamic team on both 1st and 3rd shifts. In this role, you will operate and program CNC lathes, specifically Swiss-style machines, to produce complex, high-precision surgical components. Your expertise will help ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC Swiss lathe machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings to produce precise parts
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and coordinate measuring machines to verify part dimensions
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the machining process
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams on tooling selection, process improvements, and troubleshooting

Requirements

• Proven experience operating CNC Swiss lathe machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings confidently
• Strong attention to detail with proficiency in using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and comparators.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
