Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
Position Summary
Support the evaluation, validation, and documentation of new and existing processes. Will also be responsible for providing support to the CNC department by programming, set-up, and troubleshooting.
Essential Functions
Responsible for released machines, tools, and processes
Provide process documentation (work instructions, box counts, operator training documents, etc.)
Lead cross-functional teams to develop PFMEA, Control Plan, and Process Flow Diagrams
Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities and potential changes in production methods
Drive continuous improvement of existing processes to reduce waste
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Must be able to work in a team setting
Experience with automated machinery
Analytical, able to solve complex technical problems
Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Experience with Solidworks and/or equivalent 3d modeling software
PFMEA, PFD, and control plan experience
CNC programming utilizing CAD/CAM software; preferably ESPRIT
Education / Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Engineering Technology or equivalent experience.
3-5 years’ manufacturing experience in a CNC setting
