Volunteer Manager - WHRC

The Volunteer Manager supports their program by leading volunteer engagement, strengthening community and donor partnerships, and coordinating resources that support program operations and client success. This position is accountable for recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, and retaining volunteers; supporting staff in effective volunteer involvement; maintaining accurate records and reports; and coordinating community service activities, donations, and outreach efforts. Through these responsibilities, the Volunteer Manager helps expand service capacity, enhance community engagement, and advance the organization’s mission and impact.
