OT/SLP Occupational/ Speech Therapist SY26/27

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational School Therapist and Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team and provide high-quality support to students in a school-based setting. This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping children reach their full potential through individualized therapy services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and IEP meetings
• Support students with a wide range of needs across all caseload sizes

Qualifications

• Active and valid state license required for the position
• Degree in Occupational Therapy/Speech-Language Pathology,
• School-based experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
