Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Coordination Manager to support construction logistics coordination, project administration, stakeholder communication, and coordination and logistics management processes.

This position plays an important role in maintaining workflows, tracking requests, supporting meetings and workshops, coordinating information between internal and external contacts, and helping ensure project teams and stakeholders receive accurate and timely information.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a coordination-heavy role that requires strong organization, communication, follow-through, and the ability to shift priorities quickly. This position is well-suited for someone who enjoys keeping processes moving, tracking details, communicating across teams, and supporting complex project activity.

Key Responsibilities

The Logistics & Coordination Manager will support the coordination and logistics management team by assisting with project coordination, documentation, communication, reporting, and process management. Responsibilities include:

  • Receive, process, and track new, revised, and updated forms for signatures.
  • Distribute completed forms to internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain and update agendas with current project information, dates, permits, and expired permit dates.
  • Coordinate stakeholder reviews and approvals.
  • Maintain and update project/activity information as new, revised, or updated items are received.
  • Prepare and update agendas for weekly workshops.
  • Assist in managing coordination and logistics management processes and workflows.
  • Support airport-wide program administration.
  • Update dashboards and assist with reporting responsibilities.
  • Coordinate training and contractor onboarding.
  • Coordinate with City agencies and provide information to assist in the permit process.
  • Request concurrence from subject matter experts and notify outside contractors of concurrence, restrictions, and project-related information.
  • Track and document concurrence requests and distribute notifications for upcoming projects.
  • Assist with presentation preparation, information gathering, deliverable support, and tracking the daily deployment of multiple construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, aviation, business, engineering, construction management, planning, or another related technical field required, plus 15 years of professional experience.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • Relevant professional licensure and/or certifications strongly preferred, such as AAAE, LEED, PE, PMP, AICP, or similar.
  • General understanding of civil construction.
  • Experience working within the complexities of multiple agencies at all levels.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and shift focus in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Ability to share information clearly and communicate effectively with team members.

Software / Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher, Access, and PowerPoint.
  • Adobe Illustrator experience.
  • Bluebeam experience.
  • Ability to create dashboards, presentations, graphics, Gantt charts, and tracking tools for multiple ongoing activities.

Additional Requirements

  • Must pass a federal background check.

Pay: $122,720.00 - $128,960.00 per year
