Warehouse Associate – Raleigh, NC About the Role Join a growing team as a dependable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate. This full-time, contract-to-hire position offers competitive pay and benefits. Ideal candidates have strong experience with material handling, inventory control, RF scanning, warehouse management systems, and heavy home goods moving and handling, including loading, unloading, staging, and safely transporting large furniture, appliances and household items. Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Pay: $20/hr Schedule: Monday– Friday, 8: 00 AM – 5: 00 PM (1st Shift) Location: Raleigh, NC Benefits: Weekly Pay + Medical & Dental Coverage Key Responsibilities Pick, process, and pack customer orders Sort and store goods in inventory Accurately enter inventory data Communicate effectively Requirements 2+ years of warehouse material handling experience Skilled in operating forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks Strong math and counting skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable work history Preferred Qualifications 12+ months of order picking and equipment operation Prior experience in furniture delivery, home goods moving, or a related heavy-lift warehouse environment is strongly preferred.
