The Health and Wellness Director specialist (HWDS) serves as the health and wellness director (HWD) where needed, typically on a temporary basis, and assists with onboarding and mentoring new health and wellness directors. The HWDS directs and manages team members serving in a caregiver, medication management, and nursing capacity. The HWDS works to ensure the Community complies with federal and state laws, regulations, and Company policies and procedures. The HWDS leads by example and champions the company’s mission, Residents First in Everything We Do.
