Position Summary

The Warehouse Production Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse production operations, ensuring products are manufactured, assembled, labeled, and packaged according to company quality standards and production schedules. This role manages production staff, maintains inventory accuracy, ensures regulatory and quality compliance, and drives operational efficiency throughout the production process.

Key Responsibilities

Production Management

  • Keep track of production schedules.
  • Coordinate production activities to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
  • Set up and oversee production lines for various projects and product runs.
  • Monitor production efficiency and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Ensure all production equipment and machinery are functioning properly and report maintenance needs as required.

Quality Control & Compliance

  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process.
  • Verify that correct components, bottles, pumps, caps, labels, cartons, and packaging materials are used for each production run.
  • Ensure labels are applied accurately and free of defects such as bubbling or misalignment.
  • Inspect finished goods to confirm proper assembly, packaging, coding, and labeling.
  • Conduct routine quality checks and address any production or quality issues immediately.

Inventory & Material Management

  • Work closely with warehouse personnel to ensure materials are available for scheduled production runs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support inventory cycle counts.
  • Track solution and raw material expiration dates and ensure proper inventory rotation.
  • Maintain records of solution manufacturing and expiration dates.
  • Coordinate and conduct solution stability reviews and testing every three months to ensure product integrity and quality standards are maintained.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, train, and supervise a production team of approximately 8–20 employees, depending on production volume and project requirements.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor employee performance and productivity.
  • Ensure all employees follow company policies, safety procedures, and standard operating procedures.

Warehouse Organization & Safety

  • Oversee the complete production workflow from material picking through final pack-out.
  • Partner with warehouse associates to maintain an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment.
  • Ensure drums, bulk containers, and waste materials are disposed when needed.

The expected base pay range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, and geographic location. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, and employee perks/discounts.
