We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a patient-focused healthcare practice in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this fully onsite role, you will support front desk activities, assist with administrative tasks, and help maintain an organized, welcoming environment in a busy office setting.Responsibilities:• Welcome patients and visitors with a courteous, attentive presence and provide a supportive first point of contact.• Guide patients through arrival and departure procedures, ensuring an efficient and positive office experience.• Receive and process payments accurately, including cash handling and transaction documentation.• Manage daily front desk workflow while balancing multiple priorities in a high-activity setting.• Provide administrative assistance through record updates, routine documentation, and follow-up communication.• Support product fulfillment tasks by preparing, packing, and shipping outgoing orders as needed.• Assist with inventory support activities to help maintain adequate supply levels and organized storage.• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and deliver clear, helpful service over the phone and in person.
