Little Water Cantina is a locally owned, scratch Mexican restaurant in Eastlake that is frequently cited as "Best Mexican" and "Best Outdoor Dining," and has been featured on the Food Network and the Travel Channel since opening nearly 15 years ago. Little Water Cantina is looking for outgoing, fun people to round out our bar staff for the busy patio season!We need dynamic professionals who understand that good tips are the direct result of attentiveness, menu knowledge and teamwork. We have a hybrid service model where customers order and pay at the table; food and drinks are then delivered by staff. We also use tablets to assist guests who need extra help at their tables.BARTENDERS: We are hiring experienced, part-time or full-time bartenders who want schedule flexibility and have the ability to work both days and evenings. We need fast, reliable people who can handle high volume with a smile! FLOOR CAPTAINS/SERVERS: Our service model still includes great service! Our floor captains work with customers like a server, helping our guests order and find the right food and drinks for their experience. Our floor captains boost sales, tip averages, and our customer experience by making sure everyone has what they need and that the customer experience is excellent.
