As an Overnight Crisis Therapist, you will play a critical frontline role in providing timely, high-quality crisis support to youth and families during lower-volume overnight hours. Working independently, you will respond to calls, conduct risk assessments, and deliver brief crisis interventions as needed, ensuring safety and stabilization.
