CDL A Regional Truck Driver – Weekly Pay: $1,250–$2,170 – Home Weekends

$5,000 Sign on Bonus (Experienced Drivers Only)

  • $1,000 at 6 Months
  • $1,500 at 9 Months
  • $2,500 at 1 Year

Position Details

  • Regional routes within a 500-mile radius
  • Home weekends (5 days out, 2 days home)
  • Average 2,400–2,600 miles per week
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • Refrigerated and frozen loads; occasional dry van
  • Occasional drop and hook

Pay & Bonuses

  • Weekly gross: $1,250–$2,170
  • Pay increase $0.01 cpm annually (up to $0.70 CPM)
  • Monthly performance bonus: up to $0.05 CPM
  • Per diem: $0.10 CPM included
  • Weekly direct deposit
  • Orientation pay: $500 after completion
  • All scales, tolls, and lumper fees paid

Truck Equipment

  • Late-model trucks (2022–2026 Peterbilt, Volvo, Freightliner)
  • Automatic transmission
  • Governed at 65 mph pedal / 68 mph cruise
  • Equipped with APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, Wi-Fi, smart TV, CB radio, and satellite radio hookups

Orientation

  • Location: Fort Dodge, IA
  • Duration: 3 days
  • Travel options: rental car, plane ticket, or reimbursement for personal vehicle
  • Physical and drug screening required

Job Requirements:

  • Clean MVR
  • Must Meet FMCSA Requirements
  • SAP - must be 3 years from incident and all follow up and return to duty completed.

Wage Range: 1250.00 - 2170.00 per week
