Landscape Design Assistant

VirtueStaff is seeking a versatile and technically skilled Landscape Designer to support our client's design pipeline and daily operations. In this role, you will split your time between creative design development and essential business administration. You will be responsible for assisting with CAD and SketchUp modifications, reading and interpreting site plans, preparing project bids/estimates, and coordinating work orders. As a core member of the team, you will also handle client and vendor relations, manage incoming calls, and maintain our industry-specific CRM system (LMN).

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape architecture design workflows, reading technical site plans and executing precise modifications using CAD and SketchUp

Analyze project plans to calculate material, labor, and scope requirements to formulate accurate project bids and estimates

Coordinate, track, and dispatch work orders to ensure seamless transition from the design phase to field execution

Client & Vendor Relations: Act as a professional liaison for clients and vendors, answering incoming calls, managing inquiries, and nurturing long-term relationships

Maintain real-time project updates, client communication logs, and sales pipelines within our LMN CRM platform
