Legal Administrative Assistant Experience in a Legal, Compliance, or Administrative Support Role Required $20 per Hour + Great Benefits!

West Herr Auto Group in Orchard Park is looking for a full-time legal administrative assistant to support our in a' house legal and compliance functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, excellent document management abilities, and a desire to work in a fast a' paced, reputable automotive organization. The legal administrative will report to the general counsel.

The Essential Duties and Responsibilities will Include:

  • Assist with managing and tracking loaner vehicles.
  • Assist with managing legal contract review online portal.
  • Assist with managing lender agreements.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for legal correspondence and documents, including proper indexing and retrieval of original records.
  • Maintain and track Certificates of Insurance for all vendors to ensure compliance.
  • Support the legal department with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a legal, compliance, or administrative support role required
  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast a' paced environment
