About the Role

We are hiring an Entry-Level Retail Sales Representative to represent AT&T products and services inside large retail locations. This is a customer-facing, in-store sales role focused on education, brand awareness, and sales support.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and serious about building a long-term career in sales, marketing, or leadership.

This position is with AGNB Consulting, an independent third-party marketing firm. This role is not directly employed by AT&T.

What You’ll Do:

  • Represent AT&T products and services in a retail setting
  • Engage customers through friendly, professional, face-to-face interactions
  • Educate customers on available plans, devices, and promotions
  • Assist customers in identifying solutions that fit their needs
  • Build brand awareness and deliver a positive in-store experience
  • Track daily activity and performance goals
  • Collaborate with team members and retail partners to meet campaign objectives

Schedule:
