ATM Steel, formerly All Things Metal, is our structural steel fabrication and erection team. We focus on large-scale projects in the Phoenix area, bringing experience, capacity, and precision to every job. At All Things Metal, our Fitter/Welders are at the heart of what we do. In this role, you’ll work hands-on in our fabrication shop, fitting and welding structural steel that becomes part of projects across Arizona. From interpreting shop drawings and laying out materials, to running clean welds and ensuring the final product meets the highest quality standards.

Set up and adjust welding machines/wire feeders for accurate welds
Perform welds per AWS D1.Verify fit-up of full penetration welds meets drawings, codes, and quality control requirements
Maintain and properly store equipment during and after use
Complete assigned fabrication tasks safely and efficiently
MIG Welding with solid core gas-shielded wire (Light welding of railings/misc. 3–5 years of experience in structural steel fitting, layout, and welding (Flux Cored Arc Welding required)
- Professional working proficiency in English required
- MIG welding with solid-core gas-shielded wire (preferred)
- Experience welding mild steel over 1.5" thick (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Monday - Friday
20+/hourly depending on experience, with opportunity for advancement after the first 90 days
