GGG is looking for an outgoing, customer-focused Brand Ambassador to join our growing team in South San Francisco. This full-time, entry-level opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, providing excellent customer service, and representing well-known products in a retail environment. No previous experience is required—we provide paid training from day one.
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll engage with customers, answer questions, educate them on available products and promotions, assist with account support, and create a positive customer experience. This role is perfect for individuals looking to build a long-term career in customer service, retail, client relations, or account management.
What You’ll Do
Greet and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
Represent products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Educate customers on available products, services, and current promotions.
Help customers compare options and identify solutions that best fit their needs.
Assist with new customer account setup and update account information as needed.
Answer customer questions and resolve concerns while delivering outstanding customer service.
Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Work closely with team members to achieve daily and weekly goals.
Participate in paid training, team meetings, and ongoing professional development.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
Stay up to date on current products, services, and promotions.
Support day-to-day retail operations while providing an exceptional customer experience.
