LPN - Continuous Care - Nights

Tidewell Hospice is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and clinically proficient Field LPN to support our Continuous Care program. In this role, you will provide 1:1 bedside nursing care for hospice patients, deliver education and support to caregivers, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Three 12 hour shifts with alternating weekends - days to be determined.  8pm - 8:30am. Coverage area to include Manatee, Charlotte, De Soto, and Sarasota County.
