Job Type: Full-Time

Job Location: Onsite – Waukee Office

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

You will assist our customers with a variety of requests—compensation up to $21/hour.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, handling phone and email communication with professionalism and care.
  • Proactively reach out to customers regarding service updates and open issues to ensure they feel informed and supported.
  • Partner closely with our sales and service teams to coordinate next steps and keep communication seamless.
  • Stay calm and solution-focused when concerns arise, helping turn frustrated moments into positive experiences.
  • Capture customer feedback and share insights that help us improve.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1-3 years of office experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all customer interactions.
  • Ability to “think on feet” when working with customers.
