Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: (2nd Shift | 2:45 PM - 11:00 PM | Monday - Friday | $0.75 shift differential) (Weekend Shift | 2:45 AM - 3:00 PM | Work 36 hours get paid for 40 hours | $2.00 shift differential)

Here's what we're looking for.

High school diploma or equivalent required

Previous industrial or manufacturing paint experience required

Strong understanding of paint mixing, surface preparation, and spray application techniques

Ability to use pneumatic tools and manufacturing equipment safely

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Must be able to cross-train and work overtime as needed

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret manufacturing plans and work instructions

Gather materials and maintain required production documentation throughout the process

Prepare surfaces for painting using hand grinders, DA sanders, and other pneumatic tools

Mix paints and coatings according to specifications

Apply coatings using HVLP spray guns while maintaining quality and consistency

Perform spray gun troubleshooting, cleaning, and maintenance

Mask parts and components using painter's tape and protective materials

Operate paint booth equipment safely and efficiently

Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
