Back of House (BOH) Team Member

Positions may include: Kitchen Staff, Dishwasher, Food Runner

Overview

BOH Team Members support Cirrus’s culinary and operational excellence through precise food preparation, sanitation, and teamwork. Applicants may be placed in one or more BOH positions based on skills and experience, with opportunities to advance as proficiency increases.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparation, cooking, and plating of menu items to brand standards
  • Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and proper storage practices
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Deliver food to guests as needed and support FOH service requests
  • Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishware, glassware, and kitchen tools
  • Support end-of-shift cleaning, waste removal, and restocking
  • Communicate with FOH and BOH colleagues to ensure timely, accurate orders
  • Perform additional duties assigned by the Kitchen Manager or leadership team

Requirements

  • Food Runners ONLY: Valid MED Badge or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Ability to work flexible hours within Cirrus operating schedule
  • Ability to lift, bend, and perform active tasks throughout a shift
  • Strong teamwork, organization, and communication skills
  • Food Handler certification preferred or completed upon hire

Additional Information for Both Requisitions

  • Cirrus is currently open:

Monday - Thursday: 4pm-10pm

Friday: 4pm-Midnight

Saturday: 12pm-Midnight

Sunday: 12pm-10pm

  • Employees should be available to work shifts within the above operating hours
