Position: Housekeeper

McMenamins White Eagle is looking for a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team at the White Eagle Saloon & Hotel in Portland, OR.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain hotel rooms in a timely manner, ensuring rooms are clean and pleasant.
• Prepare rooms daily, change bed linens, maintain linen closets, clean toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
• Assist maintenance/janitorial staff when needed.
• Provide support to front desk and assist guests (e.g., return ironing boards, cribs).
• Answer guest questions and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain knowledge of company housekeeping policies and procedures.
• Work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Age 16 or older.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Strong customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to multi‑task and work efficiently in a deadline‑oriented setting.
• Good mental agility and teamwork skills.
