Community Manager (Experienced) | Hybrid 2/3 Schedule

What You’ll Get

  • $75,000 – $85,000 base salary (DOE)
  • $2,000 sign-on bonus
  • Hybrid 2/3 schedule(2 days in office, 3 days remote)

What You’ll Do

As a Community Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle of your portfolio and serve as the trusted partner to Boards and homeowners.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as theprimary liaisonto Boards of Directors and homeowners
  • LeadingBoard meetings, preparing agendas, and ensuring timely follow-up
  • Managingassociation operationsin alignment with governing documents and management agreements
  • Reviewingfinancials and budgets, providing insight and recommendations
  • Overseeingvendors, contracts, and capital projects
  • Managingcompliance, collections, and risk awareness
  • Conductingsite inspectionsand maintaining community standards
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including the Client Shared Service Center

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically seeking candidates who can operate independently and lead with confidence.

Required:

  • Direct HOA / Community Management experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with Boards
  • Working knowledge of financials, budgets, and operational planning
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and communities effectively
  • Organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred:

  • Industry certifications or licenses (CMCA, CCAM, AMS, etc.)

Work Environment

This is a highly interactive, relationship-driven role. You’ll spend time in the office, in the field, and working with communities. Local travel within your portfolio may be required.
