Who We’re Looking For
A Physical Therapist who:
- Loves helping patients understand how their body actually moves
- Thinks beyond standard exercise sheets and builds thoughtful, individualized treatment plans
- Enjoys working with posture, joint mechanics, neuromuscular re-patterning, gait, and movement systems
- Values patient education and long-term change over quick fixes
- Thrives in a collaborative, non-competitive environment

What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one, individualized physical therapy
- Collaborate closely with in-house practitioners for holistic patient care
- Participate in shared case discussions and referrals
- Bring your own clinical lens and help evolve our integrative model
- Use Jane EHR with strong admin support

Compensation
Competitive compensation based on experience, with growth opportunities as we expand into a larger integrated space. Strong in-house referral flow.
