We are currently looking for a dedicated warehouse specialist to join our team!

Hours of business: Monday – Friday 12:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Training Hours: Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $19.00 per hour, with an additional $1.50 per hour night differential.

Warehouse Job Duties (including but not limited to):

• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, and stairs, and operate machinery.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods in various warehouse temperatures.
• Accurately pick, pack, label and prepare orders for shipment or delivery, ensuring secure packaging for transport/
• Use material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, for moving materials within the warehouse. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment. Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards by ensuring a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Accurately receive, inspect, and log all incoming products and materials.
• Prepares orders by processing all printed requests and orders: pulling materials, packing boxes, checking orders, shipping, receiving orders, stocking, and wrapping pallets.
• Contributes to team effort.
• Accomplishes or exceeds all personal goals, and job functions.
• Other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager or other senior Management.

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Forklift Certification, preferred

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of warehouse experience, required
• Supervisory experience in a warehouse environment, a plus
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system, inventory management
• Knowledge of safety protocols, including OSHA regulations and the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay organized.
• Experience with WMS, basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Outlook), and familiarity with barcode scanners and other warehouse technology.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and the ability to adjust focus, within a booming noise environment.
