Tait Consulting is partnering with a growing client in the manufacturing, construction, and technology space to hire a highly organized, detail-driven Executive Assistant & Business Operations Coordinator.
This is a key behind-the-scenes role supporting executive leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. The right person will love building systems, organizing information, managing details, tracking follow-through, and helping leadership stay focused on the highest-value priorities.

About the Opportunity

The Executive Assistant & Business Operations Coordinator will serve as an operational backbone for the COO and leadership team. This person will own administrative coordination, calendar management, project tracking, documentation, SOP support, Google Drive organization, meeting follow-up, and business operations support.

What You’ll Do
Executive Support & Calendar Management
You will help keep leadership organized, prepared, and focused.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage complex calendars and scheduling for executive leadership
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, reminders, and follow-up items
- Organize travel arrangements, logistics, and meeting details
- Support inbox and communication organization as needed
- Prepare meeting notes and track action items
- Help ensure leadership priorities, deadlines, and commitments stay on track
Project Coordination & Follow-Up Management
You will help create accountability and momentum across the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables
- Maintain task lists, accountability trackers, and project updates
- Follow up with team members on open items and next steps
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between leaders and departments
- Identify bottlenecks, missing information, or overdue tasks

Business Operations & Administrative Support
You will support the day-to-day operational rhythm of a growing company.

- Coordinate company calendars, meetings, events, and logistics
