Position Overview:
Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking compassionate and dependable In-Home Care Aides to provide personal care and supportive services to elderly and disabled clients residing throughout Queen Anne's County, Maryland. The In-Home Care Aide will assist clients with activities of daily living, promote independence, maintain client safety, and improve overall quality of life while delivering high-quality care in the client's home environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate professionalism, empathy, reliability, and strong interpersonal skills when working with vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, hygiene, and personal care.
Provide support with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation as appropriate.
Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance when needed.
Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
Provide medication reminders in accordance with care plans and applicable regulations.
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
Accompany or transport clients to medical appointments, errands, and community activities when authorized.
Observe and report changes in client condition or environment to supervisors.
Maintain accurate service documentation and visit records.
Follow all infection control, safety, and client care procedures.
Maintain professional boundaries and uphold client rights and dignity.
Collaborate with family members, care coordinators, and healthcare professionals as needed.
