Account Executive – Inside Sales/Appointment Setter
Location: Tucson, AZ (In-Office)
Compensation: $45,000 – $75,000 first year (Base + Uncapped Bonuses)
Base Pay: $18/hour + production & performance incentives

Role Overview
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to connect with prospective clients, educate them on retirement planning resources, and schedule appointments with our Financial Professionals.
You’ll play a critical role in helping individuals take the first step toward a secure retirement—while building your own career and income.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule appointments
- Promote and distribute retirement education materials
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly production goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and follow-ups
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
Advancement Opportunities Include:

Schedule Options (Post-Training)
- Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Qualifications
- 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, B2B, direct sales, or financial services preferred)
- Cold calling experience strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and phone skills
- Strong computer proficiency
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
- Confidence working with high-net-worth individuals

Compensation & Benefits
Year 1:
- $45K – $75K total earning potential
