Key Responsibilities
Provide expert travel advice and personalised recommendations to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring a superior customer experience throughout the entire booking journey.
Assist customers with the research, planning, and booking of flights, hotels, holiday packages, car rentals, and ancillary travel services through the online travel agency platform.
Handle post-booking enquiries including amendments, cancellations, refund requests, and rebooking arrangements in a timely and professional manner.
Proactively identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to enhance the customer's travel experience while contributing to overall revenue targets.
Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, destination information, airline policies, and accommodation options to provide accurate and reliable guidance to customers.
Liaise with third-party suppliers, airlines, and hotel partners as necessary to resolve customer queries and ensure seamless service delivery.
Accurately log all customer interactions, booking details, and complaint resolutions within the company's CRM system in compliance with data protection guidelines.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to maintain high service quality standards and contribute to a positive, high-performance team environment.
