Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Landscaping Supervisor to lead our outdoor maintenance and landscaping teams. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and quality of landscape maintenance projects, ensuring that all work meets high standards of horticultural excellence and safety. Your leadership will inspire a team dedicated to creating beautiful, sustainable outdoor spaces while maintaining operational efficiency. Duties

  • Supervise daily landscaping activities including lawn care, gardening, pruning, planting, and landscape installation projects
  • Coordinate and oversee landscape maintenance schedules to ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Lead and motivate a team of landscapers and horticulturists, providing clear instructions and support
  • Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards for quality and environmental responsibility
  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment used for landscaping, irrigation, and construction tasks
  • Conduct site inspections to assess project progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand project scope and deliver exceptional results
  • Manage inventory of tools, plants, fertilizers, and other materials necessary for landscape projects
  • Provide training on best practices in landscaping techniques, tree care, irrigation systems, and maintenance procedures

Experience

  • Proven supervising experience in landscape maintenance or related outdoor services roles
  • Strong knowledge of landscaping principles including horticulture, gardening, lawn care, and tree care
  • Experience with irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with construction practices related to outdoor projects such as patios or pathways
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of safety standards relevant to landscaping equipment and outdoor work environments
  • Background in plant health care, pest management or environmental sustainability is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,037.95 - $62,669.36 per year
