Shift Details

This is a full-time 8‑hour day shift (M‑F) at Scripps Jefferson Clinic in Oceanside. Hours are 6:45‑3:15.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operating rooms are ready for surgery, including all case-specific supplies and equipment are sterile and ready for use.
• Monitor sterile field throughout procedure.
• Scrub for cases, anticipate the needs of the physician and operating team.

Required Qualifications

• One year of recent experience as a Surgical Technologist or completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist training program.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to multi‑task and work well in a team environment.
• Detail oriented and able to work well in a fast‑paced, high stress environment.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider required.

Preferred Qualifications

• CST.
• 2+ years’ experience.

Position Pay Range

$34.97‑$50.69 per hour.
