The Opportunity

HFA is hiring a CDL B Delivery Driver to join our Distribution Team on O‘ahu.

In this role, you will safely operate company delivery trucks, transport products to customer locations, complete deliveries accurately, and help ensure products arrive on time while maintaining strong safety standards.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being on the road, working independently, and being part of an operation that helps support businesses and communities across Hawai‘i.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate 26-foot straight trucks for deliveries across O‘ahu
• Deliver products to customer accounts and designated delivery locations
• Load and unload products for deliveries and pickups
• Verify product counts, invoices, and resolve discrepancies when needed
• Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance or safety concerns
• Plan routes and complete deliveries on schedule
• Maintain required delivery logs and documentation
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Maneuver trucks safely into loading and unloading areas
• Report accidents, defects, or safety concerns immediately
• Assist with operating additional company vehicles when needed

What We’re Looking For

• Valid CDL Class B License with Air Brake Endorsement
• Ability to meet PUC medical certification requirements
• Clean and verifiable driving record
• Experience operating 26-foot straight trucks
• Knowledge of local delivery routes throughout O‘ahu
• Ability to secure loads using straps, ropes, or chains
• Comfortable working in tight delivery spaces and loading areas
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and professionalism
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs
