About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Operator to join our company. Whether you're an experienced operator or just starting out, we welcome applicants of all skill levels — training and mentorship will be provided to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

  • Safely operate forklift (counterbalance) to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse or yard
  • Stack, store, and retrieve pallets and inventory accurately
  • Inspect equipment before and after shifts, reporting any issues or malfunctions
  • Load and unload trucks/trailers, ensuring materials are handled and secured properly
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
  • Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Collaborate with warehouse associates, supervisors, and drivers to keep operations running smoothly

What We're Looking For

  • No minimum experience required — entry-level candidates welcome
  • Forklift operator certification is an asset; if you don't have one, we can support you in getting certified
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a physically active role
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work assigned shifts (including possible evenings/weekends)
  • Legally authorized to work in Canada
