Full-Time Construction Security Officer – Overnight & Day Shifts

Dedicated Construction Site Security Officer – Immediate Start (Day & Night Shifts)

United Security, LLC is hiring dependable and professional Security Officers for an immediate opening at a long-term construction site near 35th Avenue & Washington Street in Phoenix.

Immediate start available. We have both day and night shifts available, working 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM–6:00 PM or 6:00 PM–6:00 AM). We are seeking officers who are reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up for every scheduled shift.

Responsibilities

• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the construction site.
• Perform patrols using a golf cart when available.
• Secure the property against theft, vandalism, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
• Monitor equipment, materials, fencing, gates, and perimeter security.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, safety hazards, and incidents.
• Complete required patrol reports and incident documentation.
• Maintain a visible, professional security presence throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Current Arizona DPS Unarmed Security Guard Card (required)
• Must be able to start immediately
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Exceptional reliability and attendance
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Construction site security experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

• Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Full-time hours
• Long-term assignment
• Immediate start
