OR Surgical Technologist - Sign-On Bonus, 24/7 On-Call

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking an OR Surgical Technologist to play a vital role in the surgical team at Rochester General Hospital. This position requires effective preparation and management of surgical instruments, along with strict adherence to sterile techniques. You will work 40 hours a week, with shifts accommodating various schedules, and assist in patient care during procedures.

Ideal candidates will be graduates of a CAAHEP-accredited Surgical Technology program and certified within 12 months of hire. A sign-on bonus of $7,500 is offered, and the position includes a competitive pay range of $27.50 - $33.50 per hour.
