Position: (18yrs+ to apply) Overnight Baker/Fryer (10pm-6am or Midnight-8am) - Lake St Louis

Position Overview

This opening is for our Lake St. Louis Schnucks location. Address: 101 Civic Center Dr, Lake St Louis, MO 63367.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers
• Ensure regular, reliable attendance, which is an essential function of the job
• Assist customers with product selections, including suggestive selling
• Process incoming products from bakery plant and direct store delivery vendors
• Package fresh-baked products
• Slice and wrap fresh baked bread
• Stock product displays in cases and on shelves
• Rotate product and straighten displays
• Prepare out-dated product for the thrift stores
• Order decorated cakes from the bakery plant
• Bake cookies
• Constantly clean work area and equipment following company safety and sanitation procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of the store management

Training

Training will be provided at store level.

Physical Demands

• Bending and stooping
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Work on feet for entire shift (4-8 hours)

Additional Requirements

• Internal Candidates:

Minimum of six months employment with Schnucks preferred.

• Store Support Center Teammates:

Minimum of one year employment with Schnucks preferred.

• Must be in good standing (not on a performance improvement plan or active discipline).
• If invited for an interview, must have manager approval based on performance.
