About the Role

Key Responsibilities Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising. Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10-15 retail associates to achieve individual and store sales goals. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and customer engagement. Manage staff scheduling, performance reviews, and ongoing professional development. Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and resolve any escalated issues with professionalism. Maintain pristine store appearance and brand presentation. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role. Demonstrated success in driving sales and achieving revenue targets in a retail environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and loss prevention. Proficiency in retail management software and point-of-sale (POS) systems. Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
