Retail Store Associate

Luna Wild is looking for a friendly, reliable, and experienced Retail Sales Associate to join our team! We are a boutique specializing in one-of-a-kind, sustainably made clothing created from upcycled vintage Indian textiles, while also carrying over 50 independent brands from artists and designers.

Although we welcome customers of all ages and styles, our store is especially known for festival fashion, Burning Man, concerts, travel, and special events. We’re looking for someone who enjoys helping customers put together outfits, express their creativity, and feel confident in what they’re wearing.

This position requires availability every Saturday and Sunday 11-7pm. Additional weekday shifts available.

Responsibilities

Provide warm, personalized customer service

Help customers style complete outfits and accessories

Build genuine relationships with customers

Process sales through Shopify POS

Keep the store clean, organized, and beautifully merchandised

Restock merchandise and maintain displays

Assist with opening and closing duties

Help with light inventory and general store operations

Requirements:

Retail experience is required

Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday 11-7pm and at least 1 weekday shift

Outgoing, positive, and dependable

Strong communication skills

Comfortable working independently

An interest in festival fashion, styling customers for festivals, parties, concerts, and special events is a huge plus

Passion for fashion, sustainability, and supporting independent brands is a plus
