Manager of Delivery Operations

To support the improvement of operational workflows, the full-time Manager of Delivery Operations will oversee high-priority initiatives related to staffing, cost visibility, and strategic planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and enhance core Delivery Strategy & Operations workflows, focusing on staffing, cost visibility, and operational continuity Lead high-priority workstreams, including data stewardship and strategic planning support Develop decision-useful dashboards and models to facilitate better resource and operational decisions Required qualifications Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 years of experience in a consulting or operations role, preferably in client services operations Strong analytical and modeling skills with the ability to provide clear recommendations Experience managing workstreams and stakeholders effectively in fast-paced environments Systems-thinking mindset with a focus on automation and AI to improve internal processes
