Financial Performance Operations Lead

To drive financial performance across a portfolio of approximately 90 companies, the full-time Financial Performance Operations Lead will design and improve operational infrastructure, manage data strategy, and support strategic planning while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Design and enhance operational systems to scale financial performance across the portfolio Lead data strategy initiatives, ensuring data quality and leveraging insights for decision-making Support strategic planning processes and maintain efficient reporting infrastructures for performance tracking Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in strategy, operations, FP&A, or a related field Proven ability to work with data at scale, including auditing and improving data quality Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across Product, Finance, and Operations Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools and SQL is a plus Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and improve systems independently
