About the Role
The Restaurant Busperson will clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures.
Position Responsibilities
Must maintain an adequate supply of fresh linens, china, silver, glassware, and other food service accessories; delivering food and beverage in an efficient manner; providing truly great service for our guests by anticipating needs and delivering friendly service with a smile.
Adhere to established company and Departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times
Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, Departments, and guests
Maintain established company and Departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times
Completes all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on time
Cleans area under and around tables and hutches
Knows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times
Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
Essential Functions
Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
Must be able to lift and carry small and large trays and/or bus tubs weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly
Must be able to push/pull full bus carts, dish/glass dollies weighing up to 75 pounds
